We only accept returns/exchanges, if the item is purchased directly from our website www.rashastore.in
7 Day Replacement Policy:
This item is eligible for free replacement within 7 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or incorrect item delivered to you.
If we are unable to repair or replace the item satisfactorily, the defective / damaged item will be eligible for a refund.
Please keep the item in its original condition, with an undamaged brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
Please note that any damage caused due to usage will not qualify.
Refunds will be processed once the item is received by the warehouse, within 7 days of the receipt of the product at the warehouse.
If the product is opened or it is damaged, we will not accept, exchange or refund you for that product.
Damages due to misuse of product, any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product are not eligible for return or replacement.
RETURN POLICY-
- Refunds will equal the price you paid for the product on purchase.
- On-approval simply send us the product mentioning Order number, Registered contact address and contact number within 7 days from the date of delivery in original condition.
- Original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 1 additional business day for the amount to reflect in your account.
